Quick thoughts:
--Lamar Miller is better than advertised. Could be top 15 pick.
--Fortson is overrated.
--Cliff Harris is real talented but he is one bad dude. When Oregon asks you leave you know there are problems beyond acceptable.
--I like Barkley returning, heading into next year as Luck did this year. Very little to lose on his part and he probably will go higher in 13 than 12.

Grapevine stuff:
--Dwayne Allen is coming out
--Jonathan Banks is coming out
--Stephon Gilmore is coming out and South Carolina will help him clean out his locker
--Chandler Jones is coming out and he's better than advertised
--Dontari Poe is shopping agents as I write this
--Bernard Pierce is strongly leaning towards coming out
--Reuben Randle will come out unless he gets hurt in the title game

Barkley was not going to fall any further than where Seattle could maneuver to draft him, which with their 1st and a 2nd would be somewhere around 5-8. The Browns had major interest and they could pick as high a 4th.

I think RGIII is coming out but he's doing a good job keeping people in the dark.

Matt Barkley was a guaranteed Top 10 pick. He would've went as high as #4 to Cleveland or as low as #10 to Buffalo.

I can pretty much guarantee Lamar Miller will be playing in Ohio next year. Whether it's the Browns or Bengals we'll have to see but they both have 2 1st Round Picks and can take on a 1st Round RB.

Dalton/Miller/Green would make pretty good triplets.

Spurrier has always been very NFL and agent friendly on campus, so that probably has something to do with it.

Gilmore leaving does not surprise me at all and I've expected it the whole season. Devin Taylor is probably gone too but I think Holloman and Swearinger return. Not too sure about Jeffrey right now; he was hurt by the QB switch this year and he may not want to risk another season of QB issues to drop him even further.

To me, Taylor is a 1st and Gilmore is a 3-5th though I see him going no later than the 2nd. I still believe Jeffrey is the best WR in college football but he lacks the QB that some of the others, including Blackmon, have. I feel that Holloman and Swearinger are better than Gilmore but both could use another season to refine their games.

LaMichael James is absolutely gone, just a matter of when he announces at this point.

Rumor among Oregon circles is that Kenjon Barner will declare alongside him. I've gotten to know Barner a bit; he's an excellent person and a good back in his own right, if not QUITE everything that LaMichael is. But if he comes out, is there any market for him?

I'm hearing that Alshon Jeffrey will stay for his senior season since he wants to pass Sidney Rice's records. Also hearing that the other SC players besides Gilmore will be back too but that's just rumors right now.

I haven't heard much about the Georgia players but I'd be surprised if Andre Ellington declares, especially after the royal ass whipping WVU gave the Tigers last night.

Looks like I was wrong. Jeffrey announced today that he's entering the draft. Oh well, great player and he'll be missed.

His stock took a hit this season though. Someone will get a good deal like the Cowboys got with Dez Bryant.

I edited the OP to pick up some recent declarations. Thoughts on a few:

Jeffery has GOT to run very well to get into the first round. Game tape is not kind for his ability to get separation and it looks like he gained weight (a bad thing) during the season. He's dangerously reminiscent of Mike Williams, the USC one not the Syracuse one.

Donte Paige-Moss is going to be one of those guys you read about in one of those "what the hell happened to that guy" pieces they run all the time. He was overrated coming into the season, a complete one-trick pony speed rusher. He played like crap, got benched for playing like crap and then tried to trash his coach and teammates for his benching. He tweets like an illiterate ignoramus. Oh, and he tore his ACL in their bowl game and won't be able to work out, or likely play next season. Two years ago he was a better, more productive prospet than Coples. Now he's going to have to get very lucky to just get drafted. He'll wind up being a janitor at the high school where he dominated and the kids will point at him like, "That's the dude that got all those trophies in the case. Now he mops up our vomit" and laugh.

Ronnie Hillman and Chris Polk are both solid mid-round runners that can play. There's a huge glut of those guys this year, smart move by Montee Ball to stick around in Madison.

I think he's about two rounds behind James, probably 5th round. He can help himself if he bulks up a little, he seems pretty slight of build. He has some Felix Jones to him though.

Osweiler is an intriguing prospect. He's certainly ahead of Nick Foles. The very brief impression of him is he's Ryan Mallett with foot speed. If this draft season goes like last year then top 20 is certainly possible. And I pity that team too.

Pierce could surprise a lot of people as the draft season goes on. I think he's a 2nd round talent that most guys have slotted 4th/5th round right now.
