I would love to have Kmart here. we can trade Anderson for picks or something? :dontknow:

Jordan XI's (Concords) released at midnight last night. Apparently Von and Harper can't find a pair left. People are going insane with shootings and riots just to get a pair smh.

I think we can use Kmart but not for Anderson. He is our only valuable trade chip with a HUGE upside..

You would not have to trade Anderson for KMart. Kenyon can be signed outright with the full or part of the midlevel. I am saying you move Anderson for another piece so you can open up more minutes for Martin. Not saying I would do this but for example Anderson for OJ Mayo, then sign Kenyon to a 2-3 year deal.

I meant we sign KMart then trade Anderson to free up time for KMart.

@Magicfan41 I'm sorry, I'm not reading all that man. You win.

On another note, I'd die laughing if the Knicks somehow swung a way to get Chandler back.

Also, those Concorid XI's are straight, but no way in hell would I wait in line for them. Let alone fight/kill someone over them.

Im not one to usually give props to otis but the huy just kills him in order to make a point.
[...] the following were just flat out wrong:
1. trading mobely for christie was defintly not a wash, that deal buried our hopes to make the playoffs that season and it ended up upseting our franchise player at the time(steve francis,) and we ended up amnestying christie, hugh fail.

Seriously? You've accused me of anti-Otis agenda and your first point is to move down my grade?

j_n wrote:3.trading an expiring and a mid round pick for darko and arroyo was a good move, not a fail.

How was it a good move? 6 months of Darko were so valuable?

j_n wrote:4. resigning nelson for his current deal was defintly a win, not a fail, and he doesnt seem to know that his deal was for less than 7 a year, as opposed to over 8 like he claimed.

????? He signed for 38M$/5y which became worth over 40 when he reached some incentives clauses.

j_n wrote:6.tradind for alston almost won us a championship, that was defintly a win and possibly the best deal otis ever made.

That's why I wrote "Win in terms of short-tem talent, loss in payroll and future assets"

j_n wrote:He also never mentioned that otis aquired tpe for hedo and gortat but list the fact the ock did so with lewis as a hught win.

IMHO TPE in itself is worth nothing unless team actually uses it.

LOL, no idea, man.

Must've been well thought out, though.

I'd be down for a Cliff Notes version, though.

Since we've got the full MLE left, I wonder if we can entice Chandler to with us in March for a chance to play a big role on a contending team's playoff push?? Unless Denver is offering a long term deal I don't know who would have a better offer for Chandler.

Dwight
BBD/Anderson/Clark
Chandler/Hedo/Harper
JRich/JJ/VW
Nelson/Hughes

Dwight/BBD/Chandler/JJ/Hughes would OWN on defense!!!

Yes, it's not like hes going to start in Denver or NY. If I were the Magic, I'd do my best to replace Hedo with Chandler.

I definitely like the thought, but he could probably go to LA and start there, too.

isn't our MLE only 2.5 or 3 mil due to us being over the luxury tax?
