I damn well know that if a dude send me pics of his junk, I'm suing just to get back at him. I think she is entitled to the same right, it's harassment.

She could have just blocked it. Didn't really have to even change the number. Maybe she wanted him to keep doing it so she could sue him later. Good evidence on her part if that were her intent which it very well could have been. And again, it might not even be his junk (according to court documents).

I'd say she would have known since apparently she was kickin' it with him at some point (I think it was prior to his marriage) according to Warrior brass and was consensual (no, he didn't rape her, she may have raped him in seeing her mug).

Well before we say it is harassment, you first need to see some more info than what HER lawyer says in a press conference. I am doubtful she is the tortured soul some make her out to be. We will see how many times she INITIATED texting. Did she call him? Has she seen him since she got fired. Sid she only get butt hurt after his marriage or after his wife confronted her?

61 texts in a year seems like some very light harassment.

Oh, trust me, I'm not saying I agree with it. Some things I've seen claimed as harrassment are utterly ridiculous and defy common sense -- and once something is called harrassment it's very difficult for the employer to fight the claim without risking getting sued for "retaliation."
