I know someone in South Korea that purchased one, but he has a shipping address in the US. So unless he spoofed to gain access, I think as long as you have a method to ship to US (and then get it to you), you probably can get one. I'll find out how he did it exactly.

Long time reader, never post...regardless I'm currently on an Ex-Pat assignment in Brazil and was able to buy a share online to ship to my house in the US. There was no issue with using an IP address that is outside of the US to order.
