I couldn't care less, the more threads the merrier. :lol: Most other boards can get away with that stuff because they don't have the activity we do. But yeah like you said with rock albums it's more about the flow of the album and the cohesiveness of it as a whole.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

Yea but its not just Rock and Hip Hop that I like. I see you got Deadmau5 in your sig and I like alot of Electronic stuff too. Im a musical chameleon. Thats why I just want one Music thread where we can discuss it all. If I start a Rock thread its going to fall off the first page pretty fast like the Indie and Metal threads did, and Im going to have to keep bumping it. Even this thread needs to get bumped alot so I dont think its THAT active. I think we can more than handle a General Music Thread. It will still be mostly Hip Hop probably. Just my 2 cents. I know some of the people posting in here dont only listen to Hip Hop. Its a shame that we only really talk about one genre of music.

General Music Thread. Yay or Nay everybody?

Just change the title if you're down MP. Your call. Dont see the harm.

Just noticed something;

I'm working on something right quick, and I'm only now noticing how similar the Imma Boss beat sounds to NBA on NBC intro :lol:

Typically I find ish like this corny and gimmicky but I actually enjoyed the way he put this story together. Mac Lethal is moving up in my book.

I mean...just WOW...this joint is about dealing with his mother dying...Visceral...real...man...I'm amazed.

anyone here the Rack City remix by Tyga called Lob City - its basically a remix to his favorite team the Clippers....Nothing special but sports rap is always unique and thought it was interesting.

Sha Stimuli is a NY rapper who has been on the scene for some time, for those that remember he is the younger brother of Lord Digga. That's why Sha has been around for quite some time, he was exposed at an early age.

Focus is a West Coast guy, they did this song for his album. He was Dr Dre and Aftermath for a long time, one of those guys that people just never knew the name. Good read on him and the link for the album.
