Lance was much better than Collison, IN 31 MINUTES LESS!!!

Hibbert - 16 and 14
West - 11 and 12
Hansbrough - 15 and 13

That's 42 and 39. That's crazy.

Once West gets his J back we'll be really good. I never knew how good of a low post player he was.

And Paul got robbed of a basket and a free throw attempt. Plus he had 3 steals while the boxscore only says 1.

My slogan for the season: (enter team here) is just another vitctim. So congrats detroit, you get the honor of being number 1.

Detroit is just another victim

Sad to say that at one point in time the Detroit Vs Indiana was a rivalry. We got our a* handed to us. Anyways, i was surprised how much talent you guys had. you guys are filled with young good prospects. and i think its complete BS lance stephenson is 6'5". That mofo look like a SF.

Stuckey - 6'5 205lbs
Stephenson - 6'5 210lbs

Neither of those are right. Lance made Derrick Rose look like TJ Ford in preseason. Quinn Buckner said Stuckey was 6'1.

IMO, they're about

Stephenson 6'6 225lbs
Stuckey 6'3 200lbs

hope to see more of that this season..

It would have been better if they didn't miss them in the first place.

36% again

Good thing we aren't playing the leagues best defenses in our first matches so they have time to find their offense.

This. The first play after Lance was subbed out Stuckey just bulldozed his way through Collison and I got all mad.

If Hibbert, Hans and West play like this consistently we will be a handful. And, yeah West will shoot it better. Also liked what I saw from Collison, George and Stephenson. Detroit is going to be pretty bad I think so hard to take too much from this but now I'm really looking forward a game against one or the elite teams.

I met Lance at the draft party. he's not a SF by any means. he is more of a scoring threat than Collison but I don't see how that makes him a better player except maybe in fantasy ball.

Detroit had a ton of small guards and had real trouble matching up with us. we could play Hill and Collison and stay with them and all our other options could easily post them up. also on the front line Jerebko was really the only player they had who could match up. I wouldn't overestimate how good we are based on Detroit. we are a lot better though.

Collison has the lateral quickness of Yao Ming. He can't stay in front of anybody or penetrate at all. He shot 3-11 with every shot being wide open. We might as well sign Keith Bogans to be our starting point guard because he can do what Collison does but with better D.

I do not think Collison was a fluke his rookie year, but for some reason our offense does not rely on one single ball handler. What he needs is a westcoast offense, where he can push it up the middle with outlets capable of keeping pace.

I still think he has value to certain teams like the Hornets, Suns, Jazz & Blazers. Maybe he will find his way with the Pacers, or not, but I would explore what his value is, especially if you add capspace as part of the deal. I bet we could get something nice in return from Utah like harris and incentives that come along with taking on his salary.

Collison had the most playing time ???? He definitely needs to improve.

I'm not seeing the hate for Collison. Yeah, he gets overpowered by stronger pg's and Stuckey got him pretty good when he came in for Stephenson. But I thought overall ball movement was pretty good last night. Seems to me Collison has to get some credit for that. We're not returning to "the coach is an idiot" for playing Collison over Stephenson are we? Gotta believe there is some logic to the minutes allocation.

let a lone one preseason game, however it seemed every sub you brought in was another young prospect. IMO Stephenson> collison though lance needs to mature
