Accused of Double Account

so recently a forum moderator (kane2021) has given me a "final warning" (despite me never ever getting a warning in my three years since I have been here)

reason being because of the accusations of having a second account that account being Shpati21 to which I have told the mods on the Knicks forum is my little brother (we both live in the same house and are on the same router, that's the reason we share the same IP address)

as I told Kane2021, I've been here for almost 4 years now and have caused little trouble with the exception of my failed attempts at sarcasm, be little to no purpose for me for out of the blue to create a account now

I also wanted to add that my lil brother had previously created another account a while back ago under the name Shpati after he told me he got banned for same IP, I pmed Magnumunt about it but never got a reply, since then he had no interest posting again until recently with the lockout coming to an end and the NBA Season on its way



he has a video of both my desktop and his laptop, where he said he sent to numerous number of the knick forum mods

I think the "final warning" was directed at me. However, since you and I are under the same household IP address, if I get banned, you have to get banned. Unfortunately. that is how I think it works.

Anyway, I got my warnings for "post padding and post baiting and have been accused of "posting nonsense, posting in colors, backseat modding", which I can easily stop doing. Although I would really like to continue using colors, it looks like I have to stop .

I sent a you-tube video to a couple of mods. I showed Shemy's computer with his account name on realGM and showed my (Shpati21) computer with my account name. I think this should at least prove that there is a reason for this household ip address having 2 accounts.

Let me know if any of you mods/admins want to see this video so I can pm you it.

The final warning was for shpati21. Because you guys use the same IP, and have a banned user name already, I felt it would be best to contact both of you. Because if the IP ends up banned, neither of you will be able to use the forum.

Shemy has never been trouble. Shpati21 has been pushing it. SO I didnt want Shemy to get punished.

My goal was to have shemy smack shpati21 on the back of the head and talk some sense into him.

Instead you guys have joined forces! And have gone on a full throttle mission to prove you are indeed 2 people bonded together by love.

Shpati21, we have already spoke. We have a understanding. And all is good.

Shemy I also sent you the same PM. You didnt do anything wrong. But I didnt want you to go down with him. I have no problem with you and never have.

Look guys, I was just trying to do what I felt was right. Now. Shemy. Dont smack your brother in the back of the head. I think he is cool now. But if you do, I will need proof!
