That four pitch walk was key. Maine needs to throw strikes. He keeps on getting behind and when he's ahead, he loses it.

why does delgado still bat 4th ?? i mean he has been awful ..i mean if he was still hitting homeruns and still had that crappy avg then im alright keeping him there ...but he has done nothing this season ... time for him to go down to 6th or 7th and put wright at 4th

You're just like my dad. He wants Randolph fired now and wouldn't mind the Mets losing just to get rid of him. Willie's more patient than us. It's his job. As a fan, we want success right away but Maine's still young and he needed to learn how to get out of those situations. I didn't mind him out there.
