Why not ? He and Claiborne are clearly the top 2 CB's in this draft. CB is a huge need for the Bucs, if Claiborne is gone at 6th pick, I take Kirkpatrick.

He is not good enough to warrant a top ten pick. I rather them take Kalil (if there, probably not) or Reiff for the tackle position, or Blackmon for the Wide receiver position, or Trent Richardson. I would take these guys before Kirkpatrick.
