Inspired by the wiretap if you had to make a choice between Harden/Ibaka and Westbrook which would you take.
Obviously it'd be ideal to keep them all and maybe we will but if the money isn't there...

Re: Tough Decisions
I think Ibaka's next contract stands the most chance of not being a good value. Look what these big guys got this offseason. Ibaka is going to get $10M+/y, certainly more than Harden will get IMO unless Harden absolutely explodes this year.
I think the team will be able to comfortably keep one of Ibaka / Harden and Westbrook. Maybe all three depending on how guys like Aldrich, Jackson etc. progress into rotation players. But the first of those guys I would let go of would be Ibaka.
If the choice is between Ibaka / Harden and Westbrook I'd keep Westbrook.

Re: Tough Decisions
that one is tough. Id rank them like this....
Westbrook
Harden
Ibaka
I really think the only guy we won't be able to keep is Ibaka. But I am optimistic our ownership group will spend up to 75 million. McClendon is a rich SOB.

I don't think Ibaka is worth more than 8 mil.

Re: Tough Decisions
1. Harden
2. Westbrook
3. Ibaka
Though I love them both, I think it's becoming increasingly clear that Harden is a better player, and more valuable to this team than Westbrook.

I would keep Westbrook at whatever price.
Then Harden over Ibaka given the same salary offered.

Re: Tough Decisions
I would trade ibaka now for a PF that has post game and atleast average on defense.

Al Jefferson is the guy I want over here. If we can't offered to keep Ibaka, I'm all trading Ibaka/wings for Al Jefferson
WB/Maynor
Harden/cook
KD/Sef/LW
Al J/Collison
KP/Aldrich
Sounds good to me! But I would keep Harden/WB

Re: Tough Decisions
It's either Harden and Ibaka or Westbrook
Presti chose Harden and Ibaka thats why he drafted Reggie Jackson a player who game is similar to Westbrook.
Thats why the thunder should trade Westbrook for Rondo since their won't be enough money to keep Westbrook (Max ) Harden , Durant (max ) ibaka and perkins.
But the thunder can afford Rondo Harden Durant and ibaka and perkins

Ask any Jazz or Timberwolves fan, Al Jefferson stinks.

You might think he sucks, but I've seen the guy play. He looks very solid not the best defender, but got some post moves that I like. Hey I'm just suggesting an idea seen Okur got traded to the nets for noting but scraps. An we need some post-scoring that were lacking.
When trade deal line hits I hope we get another big guy with some post skills. Other than that I'm very happy with this team right now.

Re: Tough Decisions
Jefferson is an inefficient ball-stopper and a TERRIBLE defender. I don't want him anywhere near this team.
