Not going with Ellis, Westbrook or Amar'e, they're not international style and they're just not nearly that good.

Paul and/or Deron should definitely be in there.

Like Eric Gordon or James Harden in there.

Probably Rudy Gay as well.

So I would take one of Paul or Deron.

One of Harden or Gordon.

And then Rudy Gay to replace the 3 above.

I would probably do:

Paul/Williams
Bryant/Wade/Harden
James/Durant
Bosh/Aldridge/Love
Howard/Lopez*

That lineup has a lot of interchangeable rotations and possibilities.

*Lopez has an international game.

Durant will start, the international game suits his game down to the ground. Plus he lead the national team to the FIBA championship.

Think youll see Paul, Williams and Rose all go with all three playing minutes at the 2 as well.
