I'd rather keep what we have. That is a horrible, horrible deal for us.

saving money isn't a big deal at this point I don't think for the Wolves.

Pass. No reason to trade Johnson for nothing in his 2nd year.

Re: trade with CLE?
Any trade talks with the Cavs needs to start with AV17. Nothing else interests me on that roster, maybe Anthony Parker, but when Webster comes back we should be good for that vet SG that can start or come off the bench until we find that franchise SG.

I'm not even that interested in Varejao either.
I don't think the Cavs and Wolves make much sense as trade partners.

Varejao would be a good addition, he's putting up 13/10 with a 112 Ortg and 102 Drtg for the Cavs so far this year, looks like he's gotten over his injury. If we could somehow flip Beas+ for him I'd be ecstatic.
Shuffling rotation players from the two worst teams from last year doesn't make much sense, though.

His method was goofy and quirky at first, wasting picks on all those PG's but in the end he seems to have gotten it done.

I don't like Varejao's injury history and wouldn't give Cleveland anywhere near what they'd ask for him. He'd be OK for a contending team as a tandem with another average starting center with similar issues if you keep his minutes down per game. I guess I look at Golden State and Sacramento as being much more likely trade partners. Varejao would be a great fit in Portland sharing minutes with Camby for instance.

The only good thing about this trade is we get rid of Ridnour
