Because we beat the Lions without playing Rodgers, Jennings, Matthews, Starks, Woodson, Bulaga, and Cobb, it makes it better than every other win :D

I don't think I want to face a team that would beat the saints in the superdome.

Saints are the only team I am scared of. Give me Detroit, San Fran, NFC East team, or the Falcons all day long.

I don't buy that logic at all. Of course we want the Lions to win.

Yeah but if Detroit beats the saints at home, I would be very very scared of them. Even though we beat them twice this year.

I would love for the Lions to win. Stafford played the game of his life today and they still couldn't beat us with our best players resting.

If they win by Brees getting hurt and not playing a lot or the saints fumble it away 8 times, then yeah it would be great. If they out shoot the saints, then all of a sudden they have so much confidence.

I don't believe in cliches like that. If the Lions beat the Saints, they were better that day, doesn't mean they are a better team overall. I don't care if the Lions beat them by 40, I'd rather play them than the Saints under any scenario.

If the Giants win today the Packers will be 5-0 vs the NFC playoff teams this season.

And the Packers are now 21-1 in their last 22 games.

Just a little food for thought.

And Chicago on the road when they still had Cutler. The Bears were 7-2 w/ Cutler outside of that game. That may have been their best win in reality. 6-0 against NFC playoff caliber teams, 4 of those wins coming on the road.....but they'll prolly be one and done.

Unreal

I got lit up last night and wanted sleep in, so i put the game on my DVR and only added an extra 30 minutes. So i'm watching the game and my playback ended right as the Packers started their game winning drive. Uggggggg.

Then on top of that, i'm in a year long football pool at a place i used to work, but my mother still works at. It costs 5 dollars a week a person and a dollar of that goes into a pool for the two people who have the least amount of points for wrong predictions over the whole year. First place pays 575 dollars and second about 250. I was in third going into this week so every pick mattered a lot and i ended up taking Detroit at a low number. I felt dirty doing it and made watching the game very rough given i love the Packers, but almost 600 dollars was in the balance.

My mom runs the pool and just called saying i have 1st place locked up regardless of the Dallas/Giants game, which i'm thrilled about, but now even more bummed i missed the end of the Packers game because of all the showboating by Lions players. Plus, never ever again will i pick against the Packers to where i'm conflicted watching the game. So wrong.
