Ryan Anderson
With the recent depressing/frustrating ongoings with the DeMarcus Cousins situation I started looking into who'll be available in the draft this year and via free agency. There are guys like Drummond, Barnes, Davis, Sullinger, among others but its hard to speculate because we're too far away from knowing what our pick will be. On the free agency side, I saw that Ryan Anderson is a restricted free agent. Good character and good shooter. He's putting up great numbers early on and is only 23. He's from the area and grew up a Kings fan. Kind of like the Chuck Hayes hometown thing I think he's a possibility during the offseason. Only problem I could see is the Magic matching an offersheet. He'd need to force his hand and tell them he wants to go home.

the magic will almost certainly do everything in their power to keep him. Hes a very good player, and young.

Re: Ryan Anderson
This team doesn't need a big foward like Ryan Anderson... need either internally or externally, for a big who's relatively agile and long, who'll provide a solid interior presence. To help complement Cousins and help him.
Cousins/Anderson would be a soft front-court, not that Cousins will or is necessarily soft, but there is a lacking of a strong defensive presence there in one way or another.

Re: Ryan Anderson
I'd rather have him than Hickson, but going after him would be irrelevant to Cousins. A stretch 4 to go with Cousins at times wouldn't be a bad idea at all.
But yeah, Orlando seems to pretty much just want to re-sign the guys they have regardless of the amount or the logic (see J-Rich).
