Whenever a washed up hip hopper breaks NBA news, I believe it. Reminds me of the time Sisqo broke the Ruben Boumtje-Boumtje training camp invite back in '05. Or when Paul Wall announced Pat Garrity's retirement.

These guys are accurate.

I know there are trade rumors swirling all the time. My question is why not push harder for D. Williams coming to Orlando instead of Dwight to the Nets? I mean now with an asset like R. Anderson and J.J. Redick playing well isn't this the time for them to be used? I saw the D. Cousins trade demand yesterday and thought of this 3 team trade that seems like a win for all 3 teams involved. Nets won't be as pitiful and fill their roster gaps, Kings replace a player that needs a change of scenery and gain 2 assets playing well right now, and magic secure D12 and D Williams friendship for the long haul.

Any feedback is welcomed, I know there will be those that hate but I tried to look at it in as fair a way as possible.

Trade Machine:
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachi ... Id=84wcbwl

For those blocked from trade machine:
Magic/Nets/Kings Trade Summary

Magic Trade: J Nelson, J.J. Redick, H. Turkoglu, R. Anderson
Nets Trade: D. Williams
Kings Trade: J.J. Hickson, D. Cousins

Magic Get: D. Williams, J.J. Hickson
Nets Get: J Nelson, J.J. Redick, D. Cousins
Kings Get: R. Anderson, H. Turkoglu

Good trade! I think that deal may become an option around the trade dealine (maybe when Deron finally gets cranky from losing, he teams up with Howard). :D

I added Orton to Kings and Hickson to Jersey to sweeten the pot. Too bad Otis won't do this cause "he likes this team"

Seems that the magic have a team option on JJ that was not announced before. If they waive him (not saying i think they should) we shed 6mil and he becomes a UFA. This could help a little to be able to sign another big fa to go with d12.

Instersting.

This team is seriously one pg away from actually contending. Does not have to be a big splash of a move more like a small jolt ala rafer alston. A pg that can push the tempo, hit a three every so often, and play decent defense. Is that so much to ask for???

kirk heinrich/ramon sessions/ mo williams(yeah I know his contract is hefty but I think he reminds me the most of skip2mylou)/ calderon/ etc...

I think Orlando need to solidify the Center slot. A dependable 3rd stringer. A vet who plays hard on the practice squad, can give 5 mpg and deal with loads of DNPCDs, and has past capacity to play 20 mpg in case of an injury. The Denver Nuggets need a talent upgrade at the SF slot: a straight up Richardson-1(Q) for Kosta Koufos fits salary levels.

I am so glad you brought this up. We likely would have never made the Finals had Nelson not been hurt. With Hedo somewhat looking like the Hedo of old, and Anderson looking like the Rashard of old, we are one Rafer Alston away from contending.

Grizzlies, Sixers, Hornets Discuss Trade Involving Speights, Henry

Philly gets 2 draft picks I think. Not a bad price to pay I guess.

humphries might be out a little while for nets...without humph and brook they are really going to be bad this season making their pick more and more valuable... and now the nets are interested in cousins...what could they have that the kings would want? brook? maybe the nets are banking on a top 5 pick and cousins along with cap space near the trade deadline will be enough for dwight... not that i want to trade dwight just something for discussion...

The nets will be one of the 3 worst teams in the league if they make no moves until the deadline. I think I read their starting lineup tonight averages 31.2PPG.
