Remove NBA Wiretap Headlines from page?

I would like a way to remove the NBA Wiretap Headlines block please, or at least move it to the bottom of the page instead of the top. That's a lot of wasted space on every page that needs to be scrolled through to see actual content. Or if I missed this option, I'm sorry, could someone please point out where it is? Thanks!

There are no plans to do this.

We like our users to be able to see the latest headlines while they read their favorite forums.
