You mean his athletic ability. He has no skill. If he did, some team other then the Hawks would have wanted him. He stinks at basketball.

:o I'm not even a Hawks fan.. Josh Smith does a lot of good things on the basketball court, sure he is low in the BBIQ area, but he is a good passer, shot blocker, and he can sorta shoot...

Josh Smith does have skill.... he's just one of those players that try to do to much and don't play within themselves. He easily could've been an all-star if he played within his skill set.

Seven years Hawks Fans have been saying this...and it never happens.

I'll never understand how a guy who has never led his team in points, rebounds or assists can have such a loyal fanbase.

As of today, he's averaging 10 PPG on 39% shooting...atrocious.

Boy,o. What a bait thread. Waived.

Smith leads in FTA. He is a flawed tweener.

The PF is the trailer. The PF is the spacer. Unless you got Durant scoring to cover at SF for Smith , I am not starting Josh Smith as a PF. Undersized, underskilled.

But I still know some players can erase his flaws. Wonder how he would do next to 7'0 Dirk Nowitzki instead of Marvin "Breakout year" Williams.
