this would be a gamble on getting deron here in the offseason..
next seasons lineup:
deron/sessisons/duhon
jrich/Deron/liggins?
MLE/qrich
Davis/Harper
Dwight/vet. min

No deal. I don't eat fast food. Been almost 2 years. Now, make that a Publix sub (boars head) and you gotta deal.

why would it only 26mill? my math puts it closer to 34 mill. and thats with a contract to liggins and harper...if im not mistaken they both are not gaurenteed next season correct? and that plan is with jj getting cut...
JJ is under contract for another season. The team holds the option for next season, and at this rate, I think they'd pick up the $6M tab.BadMofoPimp wrote:Magic still have to resign JJ and Anderson after this season. Their value is currently skyrocketing. I reckon they are both trade bait.
Knowing Otis, he will trade JJ for Andre Miller or Nash and Anderson for Antawn Jamison. He will trade the young guys for aging vets.

I'm telling everyone, the key is to get Dwight to opt-in to his final year. Then, the summer of 2013 we have JJ, Turk, Jameer, and Dwight coming off the books. Would've had Shard too. We can re-sign Dwight AND throw money at Chris Paul (Clippers coaching & management will still suck) and Iggy/JSmith/Monta/KMartin/JHarden/Ariza/JJ.
Paul
Redick
Iggy
Anderson (if he's still here) or Baby/Harper
Dwight

If he is so sensitive with the press right now, imagine how he will be if they start a bad stretch and his own home fans start booing him. Also if he thinks that the Orlando press or bad wait till he deals with the post.

kirk heinrich/ramon sessions/ mo williams(yeah I know his contract is hefty but I think he reminds me the most of skip2mylou)/ calderon/ etc...
