You guys gotta stop riding meer he's averaging fisher numbers right now ...at least mo has better vision and attacks aggressively..meer acts like he's a star and doesn't need to give effort all the time on the offensive end and is very passive. Mo Williams is an upgrade over jameer period. I used to like meer when he was a top 18 pg in the league. He no longer is

Jeez, Mo Williams over Nelson? :-?

Mo Williams is probably the main reason LeBron left Cleveland. Mo was duhon-like when LeBron needed him the most. Atleast Nelson plays decent during the Playoffs ..

Just say NO to Mo

At least mo is more consistent and no he isn't the main reason Lebron left he just isn't a number 2 guy but neither is meer

Does anyone have any info on Dwight and the trade situation? I know it's still out there, but has he indicated that he might stay in Orlando?

That is exactly what I don't think he realizes.

I would almost like to see a Mo for Meer trade just so I can read all the Mo sucks worse than Meer posts down the road. Meer smokes Mo when they play each other.

I wasnt saying that Mo is better than jameer, I just think his style of play would suit the magic much more than having jameer drible drive to the hoop and then hold on to the ball. Jameer in my mind would be the ultimate 6th man for the magic but SVG will never make that move unless you bring in a player superior to nelson which is near impossible to trade for without giving up jj/ryno/picks.

Also who thinks that skip was better than nelson? I sure dont, but he fit the magic to a t. Hedo is the main ball handler on most occassions so you really do not need a steve nash(although I would cream if we got him), nelson is just so up and down the last year and now this year, that you can not win waiting for this guy to come alive every 3-4 games.

Mo would be a great back up to Nelson. That is about it.

i know similar trades have been posted but:
jameer,jj,ryan, orton(maybe a 1st which will be low) for lopez, nash, shannon brown.... all expirings gives us pg with vision a backup big and a athletic wing to atleast stand in front of other teams best wing player ....
shannon could play backup 3 and maybe von gets mins at the 2 (possibility he plays up to the jj role on 2nd unit)

i know we lose out on ryan...but are we really going to pay him in the offseason? and jj is playing great but if thats the price of clearing enough capspace to chase deron in offseason while staying competitive this season would you do it? this would roughly give us enough to offer dwight and deron contracts starting at 15mill
Summertime and the livin's easy....

This is just a crazy trade idea but, it depends solely on two premises.

- Dwight stays in Orlando and views Amar`e as a player he would want to play loong term .

-Amare Stoudemire decides to accept the early termination option in 2014-2015.

Orlando/ New York Knicks

Orlando Trades: Jammer Nelson,Jason Richardson,Glen Davis, Chris Duhon and Quentin Richardson.

Orlando Receives: Amare Stoudemire, Baron Davis, Iman Shumpert, Toney Douglas and Landry Fields.

The trade would need to happen AFTER March 1

Edit: Orlando Lineup

Baron Davis/Toney Douglas
JJ Redick/Iman Shumpert/Von wafer
Hedo/Landry Fields/Harper
Amare/Anderson/Earl Clark
Dwight/Dampier???/Orton
Smart / Micic / D. Wright
Wiggins / Exum / J. Adams
Parker / K. Anderson / Mcdermott
Randle / Vonleh / Stokes
Embiid / Nurkic/ Tavares
