Heat young core of:

Norris Cole
Terrel Harris
Dexter Pittman

are all exciting to watch.

And, don't forget about Jarvis Varnado. When he's back on this roster, this Heat team will be an absolute nightmare.

Pittman can suffice. He just has to get the experience and minutes.

I'm not too big on Curry, because NONE of us have seen him play.... but if he can even contribute being a presence, it's a huge bonus.

I'm happy about our depth. Of course Deadpool still isn't happy, but he never will be.

Was that Harris who almost had that put back dunk? I was about to jump out of my seat after seeing that.

  I mean damn with the starting lineup the Heat have, they don't need the best bench in the NBA.

Just a decent one, unlike last season when they did have top 5 worst
Stop being so disrespectful.

I like our bench but i just know we will have problems against Orlando/Lakers front court. We need a true center...

The Heat need a bench that can rest the Heat and this year they finally have that.

They didn't have that last year and it's needed more than ever. How can people be unhappy? This is way better than last year....

I love our Heat core not playing 40 minutes game..... EXCLUDING last night LMAO where like 6 different people played 40+ minutes....

LBJ averaged like 45 minutes in the playoffs and that is absurd.

It wasn't just top 5 worse. It was DEAD last...

I don't get how this is "Riley's new philosophy". Its not like we brought on a full youth movement, the only thing we did that was out of character was cutting House for Harris, and Riley was never a huge Eddie fan (his daughter is another story).

Hell, the center we're counting on to save us is a washed up vet that's almost 30, if that doesn't scream Riley I don't know what does.

Norris Cole is the one that makes it all go, and its because he's a really good player. If he weren't as good, people would still be complaining about how we never go for youth.

It looks great on paper.

but for whatever reason, this big 3 has not lived up to expectations.

Eastern Conference champs first year together. Exceeded expectations thanks.

lol at Shane Battier can't shoot... how about, it takes time for almost anybody to get their legs and rhythm going... keep in mind normally this would be the first half of the first month of the season, with pre-season just getting over. It's always a cycle every year, no matter how much you want to rag on a player for not performing well enough because he gets paid millions and you don't. For teams, players, coaches.

Battier's been able to shoot his whole career, out of a sudden he's not going to just lose his form. Especially when the shots are good looks.

really, so you just gonna disregard countless leads being blown as soon as the Heat put "depth in".

They beat the freaking Hawks who has massive brain farts and was on their typical bricking every jumpshot night.

You know how drastically bad the Hawks played, and then the Hawks still were somehow able to come back in the fourth and force overtimes til the point that they started fouling out.

The bench is still crap, the bench still nothing but stand still shooters and rebounders and a change of pace point guard.

A real bench is like 76ers, the Trail Blazers, OKC etc

Those are benches you can depend on. That's a bench that you can put in, let your starters catch a breather while having a lead and it doesn't evaporate.

That's a bench, that can actually have some type of offense besides just standing on the perimeter and watching Lebron and Cole dribble around.

IDC how much a player gets paid

why every one who tries to defend a player, mentions money, it's soooooo annoying.

IDC how much anybody gets paid, I just wanna see the Heat win some titles, so I can tell my kids I've seen some good basketball and he can tell me that the new star lebron type player is better than Lebron and I can say no he's not blah blah.

IDC if Shane got a billion dollars per minute he played. IDC if Shane got a billion dollars per ounce of gatorade he drank.

I don't wanna be a basketball player, I don't even wanna be invovled in the NBA. All they do is put a ball in a hoop. Idc how much money I ever make compared to an athlete.

So don't bring up the whole "blah blah blah you just mad so and so gets paid x amount of dollars."

That's just extreme brown nosing and ball sucking. You probably got some pubic hairs in your mouth right about now.
