I ran across this last night. It would be nice to have a brute with a little mean streak in the middle. I remember hearing last summer about him possibly coming over this year, but I guess I never heard what ended up happening. Was it the lockout that stopped him?

Maybe we will see him next year. It would be nice to send him to D-League to get him acclimated with some low level NBA talent

To be honest, I don't think we will ever see him in a Timberwolves jersey. If so, it will likely be in summer league or training camp to test his skills.

Last summer it sounded like he might be coming this next offseason. However, that was a different regime (Ronzone, Rambis, etc). I think he was a Ronzone pick, so I wonder if that affects things.

ditto.

he's a smaller pek. i think he'll command more $ in europe than it would be worth to bring him over as a bench player.

I think Pek might be more brutish/mean than him also. Guy still needs a lot of polish, Pek has goods to be a valuable NBA player, he just doesn't get the time because he's not a great fit here. I think I could see Henk being a Wolf before Pablo.

He's a defensive version of Pek from what I've heard.
