The Big 3 and their flaws.
I'll be the bad guy here and I'll critique the flaws in the flaws of the Big 3. Before I say anything, LeBron and Wade are the best players in their positions... and Chris Bosh is a good player.
LeBron James: He came back this season, looking like he shed some weight off his body. But I feel like he needs to lose more, there's no reason to carry all that weight in this soft league. He'll gain more quickness and be more shifty to play better against zone defense. Also for his future, he has alot of mileage on his knees already and to be 260 pounds, run like a beast, jump like a kangaroo, it'll hurt him later in his career.
Don't believe the hype, his post game hasn't improved that much. I've seen him pull off those moves he did back in Cleveland. What LeBron needs to do is make a quicker decision in the post. He should just spin/explode to the rim as soon as he catches in the post. Not this pounding the ball sh#t for 10 seconds so the defenders come to help. He should just catch/turn to the basket/explode to the rim when the help defenders aren't ready for it. It's just not good to pound the ball for 10 seconds so they all have their eyes on him. LeBron also needs to be less passive, it's good to get your teammates going and all but when you have a hot hand, keep shooting, don't give up an open look.
Dwyane Wade: Stop getting injured... take care of your body, do some stretching before the games, do some yoga or something Wade. Wade also needs to stop forcing up these difficult shots, you're not Michael Jordan, I'm sorry lol. Wade also needs to work on his mid-range and his free throws. I don't have that much to say about Wade's flaws, since he sat for like 4 games..
Chris Bosh: He's been consistent so far this season... since LeBron and Wade gets him to get open looks, WIDE OPEN Jumpers. I mean, who really pays attention to Chris Bosh when they're busy defending LeBron and Wade? Chris Bosh, who are you, Ray Allen? WHY THE HECK ARE YOU DOING JACKING UP 3S??? It's already bad enough for you to shoot mid-range jumpers all the time when you should be abusing guys in the paint, get some offensive boards, and have some presence in the post. Pat Riley didn't just sign you to be a freaking scorer... you're 6'11 and you're grabbing up like 9 boards.. Charles Barkley in his prime was getting 14 boards a game and hes like 6 inches shorter than you are!!! YOU ARE POWER FORWARD, not a Shooting Guard.. Miami would be a way better team if Kevin Love was to replace you... Get some boards, be a fckin man, abuse guys in the paint...be a BIG man... i mean you're 6'11...

On the criticism of bosh, we knew who we were signing when we did. Hes a perimeter big man, and ALWAYS WILL BE. Thats just his game, hes out there hitting jumpshots and facing up. Hes never going to be a TRUE power foward. Hes like a SF in a taller, lengthier, body. Im just happy if he tries to get into the paint sometimes, and cut to the basket, because thats when hes most effective. Moving without the ball, i dont expect him to be kevin love or tim duncan, hes going to play his game, and hes quite good at it.

True and his rebounding has gotten better since the start of the season. He had a few 6 and 4 rebound games which can't happen consistantly if we are going to win it all. Luckily Haslem has picked up the slack on the boards.

Doesn't mean he can't strive to be better, with rebounds at least. You do what you have to do to help your team, and until our center situation is on point, he needs to step it up a bit on those boards.

that's exactly my point with Chris Bosh, he's really a tailler, lengthier Shooting Guard..

Re: The Big 3 and their flaws.
LBJ has been in the high post more than the low post. I'm hoping he's getting there. I mean we've seen flashes of him being in the post, but it's posting high post or around the perimeter...
Sometimes he also seems to forget to go into the post, especially when the Heat need to get something going. He'd be at the 3 point line :blank
And Bosh... I mean if UD is getting 10 rebs a game with a cracked rib and is like 2 inches shorter, there is no excuse for Bosh. He also has Joel by his side, and it's not like he's eaten up Bosh's rebs.
Bosh last year said his job was rebounding, didn't see it in the Finals when Heat needed it the msot. Then this year he says his job is 10 a game. I guess that was UD talking through him.
and for pete's sake STOP RUNNING THE FAST BREAK.

Really? We're 8-1 and discussing the flaws of our superstars?

LeBron's hairline is way too high, Bosh acts girly, and Dwyane spells his name wrong.

After March 8th where the Heat had a 5 game losing streak last year
They were 27-6 UNTIL they reached the Finals
Not everything looks as good as it seems at times.

Lebron needs to lead the league in triple-doubles, period. Wade is irrefutably the best sg in the league, I expect him to put up numbers comparable to cobi's at a more efficient rate. Bosh just needs to get comfortable with the fact that he will be getting his fair share of bruises when he's banging on the boards; It comes with the territory.

I really hope we win it all this year...there is so much pressure but surely it has to happen.

of course he could get better at boarding, but you dont expect him to be banging down low every time and you DEFINITELY cant expect him not to shoot his patented mid range jumper. Because thats HIS GAME. And one of the reasons he doesnt rebound as much is because he spends so much time in the perimeter. I dont expect him to get the 10 rebounds a game he got in toronto because he does that and tbh, the heat have a lot of good rebounders like haslem, lebron, wade does too.

Re: The Big 3 and their flaws.
I disagree that Lebron's post game isn't better than it was in Cleveland. I watched those games too, and his game is a lot more refined now. He actually has a mid-range game and is killing fools in the high post. He's making quicker decisions than at any time in his career. He has cut heat check 3s out of his game entirely. And for the most part his entire game right now is aimed at attacking his opponent.
He's posting up aggressively in the low post early in possessions and drawing a LOT of fouls, just by doing that. He's not even having to get the ball in that spot, just because his positioning is so good that guys have no recourse but to foul him before he gets the ball and it becomes an and-1.
We don't know if he'll stick with it, but right now Lebron is playing the most effective ball of his career. And it's the first time in his career a coach has played him in an up-tempo system.

Lebron dropping 30 7 7 on 60 percent shooting and someone complains about his post game.
Lebron is pointing 60 percent...let me restate that, 60 percent right now...and the OP said he doing the same moves he did while on the Cavs
Lebron been using that deadstop spin jumper since 2008, but everything else is new
If Lebron was playing like this since Cleveland Lebron probably have 4 MVPs and they would have to rename it the Lebron MVP Trophy.
Lebron playing exclusive in the high post and low post is new.
Lebron was the best midrange jumpshooter last year, c'mon OP
Lebron been a 40 and up midrange shooter for about 4 years now.
Lebron just added a post gmae, Lebron is going HAM right now.
Only player that ain't doing what he supposed to be doing is DWade and he really probably just chilling like a villain right now with Riley smoking Cubans and plotting their next evil empire plan on some Star Wars type ish.

I agree with you, if the season were to end right now, I'd give the MVP Award to LeBron. He's just so dominant both ends of the floor.. I said that he's the best player in his position, in fact I think he's the best player on the planet right now in my opinion. I'm just talkin about his flaws, something he needs to improve on. I could go on and on about how good of a player LeBron is, but I'm just sharing what still bothers me about LeBron. And yes, he added a post game, but my problem is.. before he pulls a post move, he backs down the guy for like 10 seconds.. which would make the defenders all load up on him which will lead to just passing it up.. what good is having a post game when you can't use it the right way?
