But if you are shooting that open jumper at a below Joel level (24% on jumpers); you shouldn't be taking that many shots, especially on a team with several players who should be taking more shots (Lebron, Bosh, Wade, Chalmers).
Haslem has taken as many shots as Chalmers, who has been shooting lights out.
He's been rebounding a lot better this year, he should be focusing on just crashing the offensive board instead of floating around the perimeter shooting jumpers.
Focus on his strength. The extra possessions will be worth more than the jumpers he makes.
