Yeah. He still needs to fix a few things, but so much better Darko. I start him next game. People say you have to start Darko to keep him mentally in the game, but outside of one quarter against Cleveland he hasn't been engaged at all. The experiment is over for me.

I have a strong feeling that Rubio and Randolph will start next game. Wes, Wayne, and Darko finally pushed Adelman over the edge. I thought the halftime change was indicative of Adelman's frustration level.

Randolph just needs to think like a center. I about had a heart attack when Rubio was iso'd on Rose and the Bulls bigs were hanging out at the stanchion and Randolph and Williams both had their heads turned, almost as if they were face guarding. :wavefinger:

That's all that needs to be said really.

Long time lurker here and finally ponied up to get an ID. I went downstairs at halftime last night just to see the reactions, which were as predicted. I get up and down with the Wolves, if they're playing well or not does affect my mood and tendency to say positive/negative things.

That said, I believe there will be a few more weeks and possibly months play before Adelman really understands the talent here and makes final decisions. As it should be. This isn't a playoff team yet, though next year I'd bet that they squeek in somehow.

Adelman needs to focus on finding the lineups that allow players to flourish in their roles and hopefully win some games. At that point, trades are a much better option for us and corresponding teams.

Bottom line, without being too judgmental as I'm guilty myself, we should try to enjoy the good stuff and not call for Wes/Darko/Randolph's head after every bad play. I've hated so many Randolph plays and then last night, BOOM he finds a niche against a really good team.

My guess is that Rubio does start in DET and Randolph is first option for Darko off bench. But if not, that's alright, we shouldn't have are hopes too high yet anyway and any one game is not the end all.

I sure hope he would be starting by the third-to-last game of the season.
