Honestly, if Dwight still thinks it's not about winning, there's at least two games where this team has carried him (especially when he's been detrimental.) Bigger markets can kiss my magical butt

how did we look?

Like the '95 Bulls for the first 38 minutes. Then like the worst team in the league for the last 10.

Dwight and Duhon almost lost this game for us. I want the old Dwight free throw shooting form back. This new one is beyond horrendous.

yeah that was kind of messed up... 16/9/1/1 for the night... but Ryan had 11/6 at the half... his numbers would have been much better had he played in the 4th... and he was shooting well... we needed Ryan in that 4th quarter... SVG just got stubborn/stuck again... oh well, what can you do... we got the win

Hilarious that Crawford looks like MJ everytime he plays against us lmao. Im real happy to win in Por, we always have a hard time there. Por is a team that has shown in the past that they can come back from big leads, remember how they came back on Dallas in the playoffs. The free throws and turnovers hurt tonight but the rest was really good. Great win.

Saving him for Golden State tomorrow so that we can showcase him for our Monta trade ;)

I would be okay with it then

not good enough for prince Howard apparently. I think it's pretty respectable.

Some how I think if we went 66-0... Dwight still wouldn't be happy... you know what I'm saying?

Anyway... hopefully he'll show up in the next game and make his free throws for once

no dwight and jameer, jameers 4th quarter play is what helped bring them back in the game, it was terrible

Dwight free throws this year are on par with Ben Wallace, that's how bad it's gotten.

oh btw... I don't want to take anything away from Davis, he had a very good game off the bench... made some mistakes here and there, but who hasn't

The momentum went in Portland favor when Duhon was still in.

Let's just agree that all 3 made a bunch of boneheaded mistakes that could have cost us the game... 4 if you throw in J-Rich and his porous defense... throw in Hedo and SVG and we'll make it a baker's dozen

I'm not sure it's even worth it anymore. I don't think dwight will stay or make an effort regardless. on paper I'd do it but we should show loyalty to our guys. Ryno is playing well and I doubt it's going to make a difference.

I'm reminded of a Celtic fan's statement on a Boston/Cleveland game waay back in 2010. To paraphrase, "That felt a like a Victory Cigar that was smoked from the Ass of Shame." The Celtics suffered a near-comeback against the Cavaliers. Well, it was nice to see the offense work effectively, though there is obviously still work to be done. We won, or I'd be very unhappy right now. And yes, who ever noticed that we covered the spread was correct.
Remember when Kobe elbowed Jameer in the chin so hard Jameer was knocked down and sent skidding across the floor?

Frustrating series of events to end it, but it was a quality road win.

No we still had one left. I didnt get that either because Turks "usually" pretty good at using them in those situations...
There will be life after Dwight.

Quality road win vs a quality team

4 sets of footprints, in the sand

... and none of them were Dwight's

Yeah this one goes to Ryan

Nelson, Dwight, Duhon, Hedo (even with the made clutch step back contested shot... he took a lot of bad shots tonight, he was lucky he made a few of them... defensively he was late on a lot of rotations) , J-Rich, and SVG all made some really dumb mistakes respectively

Ryan was pretty straight the whole game at both ends of the court going toe-to-toe with LMA.. he gets the vest imo
