It is not a trade for need but it is a huge upgrade in talent. With only ten teams you should be able to pick up a good player off the waiver wire.

You will be very thin at PF/C I would look to trade Rondo for a quality big man. You could even try Conley for Nene. Rondo for a big that can shoot free throws would be very good for you. But you will need to move at least one of your PG's.
