How many games do you watch? Nelson almost always checks out after the first dead ball around the 4 minute mark regardless of how he's playing. That's the rotation.

I take that back Jameer did play 8 mins, still played poorly though.

It's (Please Use More Appropriate Word) because the free throw is not a hard shot. It's my firm belief that anybody can be taught to shoot them decently. It's simply not a hard shot.
