A "back to back to back" is going to be tough, so that makes a win against the struggling Knicks all the more important. More than a win, I want a blowout. The Knicks really should not be a match for us. I never bought the Knicks as better than us or real contenders.

im gonna be at this game. took off from work just for it, haha. I would like to see Melo play and have us beat the Knicks at full strength. that would make the win that much sweeter.

Just skimmed the knicks gamethread...there are a few posters maybe just one so far that is very confident they can beat us.........example post...

The Knicks can at least compete, if not beat Orlando without Carmelo

yeah.....well...i hope it's a great game on MLK day...Road wins are always good wins so i hope we get a win in the "Mecca" of basketball

We must take advantage of this injury and the early tipoff. We can get out of NYC and back to Orlando for dinner tomorrow and go about our business like usual Tuesday against Charlotte.

After Chamberlain attempted 34 FT, he scored 100 points on NY. So I expect DH12 to score 100+ today

Awesome GT, let's get a win!

I Had a Dream, that Orlando went in the Madison Square Garden, and making it rain all over the place!

Thanks MLK Jr.

I wouldn't underestimate NY. They're a tough match up for us. They don't play a lick of defense, but I always have a tough time watching Hedo defend Melo. Hard to double him too since they have such good 3 point shooters. It'll be a competitive game, but I expect us to win.

Pretty confident considering this team struggled against the kings without a coach and the warriors withour curry, while actually losing to the 3-10 pistons.

Without melo we should take this, but with him I say its 50-50, its not like we ever had an easy time containing melo and his superstar calls and you know guys like shumpert, douglas, bibby and fields will combine to 98% shooting from beyond the arc against us.

Oh and lets not forget chandler and his flopping ways from that bobcats series 2 years ago, as bad as they are doing the knicks simply have too much talent to be an easy team to beat.

This should be an interesting game. The Knicks are reeling and we are playing very well right now. The Knicks do pose very strong firepower in Melo and Stoudemire and do have plenty of size in their starting lineup. Our bench is much better than theirs and they are inept for the most part on defense. As long as we play with energy, move the ball and control the tempo so that it doesn't turn into a track meet on these guys, we will get this win. LET'S GET IT!!! 8-)

Good luck pics FTW...

With Carmelo Kiyan Anthony, AccuScore has Orlando as the road favorite at 55%.

Just play like OKC Saturday Night against the Knicks, the first half looked a lot like a hard rape! 70-47 - Harden killed them alone. Just stop their Fastbreaks and play solid defense and we get the win!

Are you denying that we should win? I didn't say we would win, I said that we should. It won't be easy, but it should be.

I am confident that we'll get a win though.

This won't be a blowout. It should be close. I think the Magic should close them out in the end though. But, I sure hope they get a good lead like the Portland game because they may need that cushion for the 4th quarter.

This should be fun since Wafer is going to get some action and I bet Liggins gets a minute or two in there.

I think Earl Clark should play some minutes against Stoudemire and Carmelo(if he plays).
Smart / Micic / D. Wright
Wiggins / Exum / J. Adams
Parker / K. Anderson / Mcdermott
Randle / Vonleh / Stokes
Embiid / Nurkic/ Tavares

I forgot about Earl. Yep, Hedo will need a breather and if Q and/or J rich are out or low minutes, will need a backup SF.

I don't know, all players seem to play well at the Garden. I expect both teams to go all out on MLK day.

Anthony might play and is listed as a game-time decision.
