Gonna watch Rubio now to balance out my feelings for Nelson's performance.

Postgame show. Let's see if they mention the Magic at all. Or is it going to be all about the lakers sucking?

this win will be good for team morale. putting up some W's against serious competition is only going to give them a stronger belief that they can contend. nice work guys.

Well....Any win against the Lakers are good wins lol....Ugly game though....maybe it's because of our pace we've been in these grimey, ugly games recently...I'll take the win....Lakers man...Something about them is a bit off..i'm not talking about the loss tonight it's just something i don't know...they don't seem as scary as they used to be....Maybe it's because they don't have Odom on the bench...IDK

Shaq looks like a jackass once again
aol4532 on bill russell
I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

The Lakeshow tried to comeback, but the Magic force their will and crush their chances. The team came together and took care of business at home and come away with a solid win tonight.

HUGE props to Jameer tonight. Took over the playmaker role in Hedo's absence.

Lakers lose, so they quickly shift focus to the next game on the double-header. Sigh...

As for tonight's win, my one complaint (hate to complain after beating the Lakers by double-digits) is that we relied so much on the 3 ball. The shots fell, but as always, if that's going to be our game plan, we're going to die by the 3 at some point in the playoffs.

Yeah definitely

what I said just now in the "Operation: Jameer" thread

DJRajX wrote:Nelson looked a bit better tonight. Still had flat moments, and odd turnovers and missed passes. But the shots were good and he made almost 50% of them. I liked his attack tonight. Let's hope he's on the road back to getting in shape and getting motivated to play better and make his shots.

I love it!

Let them hate and keep us under the radar. We'll show them all up in the playoffs once again like we did in 2009.

Lakers offense exposed without the triangle. Shows their lack of a playmaker, besides Kobe.
