I still am amazed at how deep he shot that from.

Last year, Billups would've hit the layup and the ensuing inbounds play would fail miserably

Was an exciting game to watch. I'm glad it was the late game on ESPN as I attended the Bulls/Cavs game earlier in the evening and I was really looking forward to the game. Just big plays down the stretch and an amazing shot by Love.

Gomes said something to Foye and later Kevin was talking to Webster and company. All I could understand was "Sick!"

Ohh I see what you mean now. I couldn't understand Gomes. I thought Love was saying "Good s**t!"

Just read on ESPN that Ridnour ran off right as he passed it, because he "knew it was in"

Hey guys, another one from Spain. I needed one more shot to registrate in this forum, wich i've been reading for weeks. Kevin Love did it. I'm starting in this world of NBA, so I'm the perfect prototype of newbie who has no idea of strategy, history or anything concerning to the important thing of this sport. I'm a fan, in the most pure sense of the word. So, maybe, this will help you to understand how deep is hitting your team in the non-traditional fans from my country. First of all, you americans know how to design a league: all the stats, all the crazy data (you would know it if you were here, we don't give any importance to this things as you do in every sport) and three matchs per week. It's impossible try to not get involve. Last night I woke up to go to study really soon at the biblio, so I thought about see the match: worst desicion in my life. First of all, it was desperating to see Ricky missing every shot, but also nice to see that the team is not just a two guys thing: everyone wants to win. With the past of the minutes, ancient greek I was reading began to lose every sense, and was a surprise to see how the wolves still were in the match.

Last quarter was breathtaking, crazy, epic, I was here, while the sun was appearing, and the one I suppose that it must be the most pathetic image in the world: a grown man, chewing his own his shirt, trying to not yell while everyone was sleeping and with no one else to share the joy of the moment. Because, at least, Why do I care? I'm ten thousand miles away, in a land wich in winter is 20 degrees, there's no reason to get excited about tonight's game and lose hours of study.

But who cares, you got me. I cannot resist. I have to be a little part of it, I want more things like last night, I'm wolves fan already. I will see tonight's match, and God help me to wake up tomorrow.

PS.1: forgive my english, it's very basic, I'm sorry.
PS.2: I hope that participate here will help me to hold the enthusiasm to not disturb the people in my building.

If you want any help to translate any spanish article, I will be glad to help you.

I thought Gomes and Foye were discussing how that kind of crap never happened when they were on the team.

Thank you so much, I didn't know if I was able to express how much fun was last night. This is more than a good team, it can be a champion or not, but sure is the kind of team that you remember years away like your team. Most of the people have never had something like that, it's completely peprsonal.

Put physics instead of Greek history and you are describing me. It's odd to get involve with a Basketball Team from another continent but damn, im glad that Rubio's on this team. You will start to love Tolly and Darko in your own way as i am (those are particular hard to love xD). Welcome to the Wolves!

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
