He is not better than Melo.

This. Where are all the Diaw > Melo posts after the Bobcats game?

These people are insufferable, and the worst part is, their head cheerleader is a mod.

I don't know one so called superstar in todays game that doesn't get most of their points from the line.. wade, lebron, durant, all of those guys are near the top of the league in FT attempts..

Or basically, if Melo was in Gallinari's place playing this team he'd have gone off as well.

If Melo was back on the Nuggets, in a double OT game he'd have 72 points.

Yeah but I meant that's ALL he does. It's weird. It's not like he has a great offensive game.

can melo get healthy while playing?

yeah but it will take longer. we probably brought him back too soon.

I do like to say one thing. Stop the booing. Im not even a knicks fan and that made me upset. Yelling pass pass. Thats not helping ya guys at all. Would you want someone doing that to you while you're playing. I understand frustrating, but dont make things even more complicated

Good game, I guess

A lot of yall said it was entertaining in the game thread. Dont front and say it wasn't after you lost only to say it was if yall would have won lol

Now Thibbs would do it in a heartbeat.

I've watched games last year and this year, where he benches Noah and Boozer in the 4th.

melo is a star

noah and boozer arent

its easier to treat role players like that

What does getting in his ear do if you aren't going to bench him?

Yeah, D'antoni isn't gonna bench him.

Yes. My original point, before it got dragged on a tangent, was that there are coaches out there that will hold players accountable. Just so happens we don't have one of them.

Not sure what your point is but it was exciting if nothing else. Hard to go double over time without it being exciting.

It is funny.. when gallo was here, his lack of development was his fault.. he wasn't assertive, he dissapeared, etc..... Not that dantoni misused him.... but it was all gallo..

now with amare and melo struggling.. It is fire dantoni.. he is coaching bad..

LOL.. wow

come on guys..

As opposed to being mediocre before? The fact is Dolan put legit talent on this team. Even with the roster as is, we should not be 6-10.

In all fairness we did criticize D'antoni for camping him at the 3pt line and also currently criticizing Melo for being a ballhog.
