Melo's game is, has been and may always be selfish. If you know him off the court cool. His approach to team play has been atrocious starting from the offseason when he chose the Wade/Bron/Cp3 tour over his teammates in NY. Way to sacrifice Melo

Huh? Wasn't the tour cancelled so he and other players can focus on getting ready? On top of that, I don't see the problem, like I said off the court he's a very generous person who's actually quiet. But, that tour was suppose to earn a significant amount of money for 4 cities, more deserving New Orleans and Akron. Not to mention, after it was cancelled they still feed over 1000 families.
Now the reason he didn't join Amare for workouts was because of traveling and his son, that's why he wanted to wait until everyone returned to NY.
But I agree, he need to move the ball more and trust his teammates. He has to learn that being an allstar in this league involve making your team better and I said this before, losing these games may be what's needed. He's sounding very humble right now.
