Great thread Nem and it hurts the heart every time I see Granger as he should be in our uniform...sigh

Anyways this will be one hell of a character win if we can pull this off after the abomination we had against the Celtics. Indiana's front line is actually better IMO than the Celtics line we faced with Hibbert, Granger and D. West. Paul George has also been very good on the defensive end and I'm nervous on how J-Rich is going to play being matched up against him. Bottom line, we need a better effort from our starting five and our bench.

Judging from his comments on the Celtics game, I expect Dwight to lead the charge and for his teammates to respond. If we play with great energy and effort on both ends, we will get this win. LET'S GET IT!!! 8-)

Goodluck pics FTW...

Should be a good matchup.

Dwight is of course, better than Hibbert, but Hibs has given him problems before, and has radically improved since last time the Pacers played the Magic, He dominated Bynum the other day int he second half, scoring 16 points in the second on 8 of 9 shooting despite playing with a broken nose, and is averaging 14-10 in only 29 minutes.

Pacers are legit this year, and Orlando has been good too, both teams should play hard due to the similar records, the Pacers are undefeated at home, but other than ATL orlando is the first real home test.

Should be fun.

I'm not a pro athlete, but have played a lot of competitive sports in my life. There is nothing like getting beaten down. I always wanted to come back next time and go balls to the wall.

As much as we ride these guys sometimes, they're human and things like this happen. I fully expect them to come out and play extremely hard today. There is no doubt that they are embarrassed with what happened yesterday and they'll prove it to us.

Does that mean we might lose a close one? Of course it's possible. I personally just want to see us play a hard fought game where we leave it all on the floor. If we win great, if not so be it. I just do not under any circumstances want to see anything less than a hard effort. I can never fault any team for playing hard and making smart plays. Defense will also be key. The offense will come, we're the Magic for God sakes. We have a ton of fire power and the ball will drop.

Indiana is no joke, so it'll be a good test for us. I just hope they think about Indiana, and not worry about the Celtics re-match which I'm sure they're dying to get too and slap those guys around.

Just win baby!

LOL @ the GB having 2 discussions about last night's loss ..
& LOL @ Celtics making a big deal of it. They just beat an Orlando team that had a franchise-low night in everything ..
