GT: Hawks vs. Spurs

Post#1 » by Nolan » Wed Jan 25, 2012 3:48 am

When: 8:30 PM ET, January 25, 2012
Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX

Starting Lineups:

Hawks:
PG - Jeff Teague
SG - Joe Johnson
SF - Marvin Williams
PF - Josh Smith
C - Zaza Pachulia

Spurs:
PG - Tony Parker
SG - Gary Neal
SF - Richard Jefferson
PF - Tim Duncan
C - DeJuan Blair

We're coming off a bit of a rough road swing to face to the red hot Hawks before we set off on another 3 game road trip.

The key to winning this game is going to stopping Joe Johnson. Atlanta 6-1 in their last 7 and Johnson has been a major reason why if we can stop him we can win this game.

Go Spurs!!

This could be trouble. Atlanta is a young athletic team who is playing quiet well lately. They're rested after coming out with a road in in Milwaukee 2 days ago.

But we lost our last home game. I think we'll have added incentives to win this game. We're also rested. We gotta protect homecourt.

Great win tonight, i'm suprised it wasn't closer but I guess I can't complain about a blowout win.

Good win. Had this one pegged as a loss.

Hard to believe the only team to beat us at home is freaking Sacramento.

Return to San Antonio Spurs
