Big week coming For the Heat

People are really underestimating this condensced schedule.


All teams *including Miami* are going to lose games that on paper should be locks. Back to backs are not easy. Multiple games in a few days span is not easy. Not to mention that all teams get fired up to play the Heat. That makes it especially not easy. Its a pressure the Heat should expect, and frankly need.

Now playing all these games without your all-star SG, and what do you got? A team that needs to grind out wins, and just stay within striking distance of the top seeds. And that's what you're getting.

If we beat Chicago on Sunday we're back on track for maintaining the best record in the East once again.

These next 2 games will be crucial. I have a feeling we will stomp the Knicks especially if Wade comes back. The Bulls game will be our biggest statement game yet and not just because of our close record. We can't allow that Bulls team and their fans to think they're better than us. I want their team to fear us. Hell I want everyone in the league to fear us. By the time the playoffs are here I want every team that gets matched up against us to say "OH **** WE GOTTA GO UP AGAINST MIAMI."

That 3 game losing streak crushed our early season swag we had going and we need to get it back... These next two games will help us regain that swag with a "W" in each....

Hopefully the reason LeBron has been so lax in his game play in because he's going to put on a show in the NYK and CHI games. It seems like he goes into games against smaller teams and says "eh why bother" and against big teams gets into a groove and has a good game.

I dread the Knicks game, mainly because the Knicks suck. If we win, all we get out of it is "haha, the Knicks lose again". And then back to business. If we lose, "OMG Miami is falling apart, the Knicks are back!" on and on for the next few days.

I actually look forward to the Bulls game for a change, thanks to all the respect they've built up in the national media now. If we lose, sure there will be a moderate amount of doom and gloom, but nothing like last year, people know how good Chicago is. Plus the media will pull the "regular season" card on Chicago, as annoying as it is. But if we win, we'll actually earn a good bit of respect, that'll be a real quality victory.

Has anybody heard anything regarding Wade's injury other than him working out with Coach Fiz prior to the Pistons game?

Ira said Wade looks "NBA ready". he'll play the Knicks game im sure.

I'd rather play him the Knicks game and then the Bulls game. Or neither. Don't want him coming in cold against the Bulls and having a bad game.

I just hope Wade doesn't come back demanding the ball a lot if he's got a cold hand. But I don't want them to stop feeding Chris, he's been on fire lately.

Sometime in February, they are having a back to back TO BACK on THE ROAD.

that one is going to be tough....

Actually yeah I think soon they're going to have like 9 games on the road...

I can't wait til the playoffs when everything is on schedule atleast. This crunching of the schedule is brutal.
