I didn't see UPS mentioned (but I didn't take the time to read through the whole thread), I really like his game and I'm glad he came back and I hope we keep him around awhile!

Usual game, he had one nice offensive rebound where he took it up strong for the and 1. Missed the free throw though. We shot so terribly that the Wiz really clogged the paint so he couldn't really get enough separation from his man to drive the lane.

On Biz's offense, I'm pretty sure Tyson Chandler or Dalembert is his ceiling but I wouldn't be shocked if he exceeded that a little. He seems to prefer sweeping hooks and using his length, he needs some tape of Kareem ASAP.

Then isn't his ceiling in excess of Chandler/Dalembert?

Numbers wise, I'd be estatic if Biz sniffed 15 a game on 3.5 OREB. It depends on the makeup of the rest of the team at the time.

biz has decent form on his shot. i could see him developing a half decent 10-15 foot baseline jumper, similar to guys like pj brown, udonis haslem, charles oakley. if he can add that to game it would be huge. thats the part of okafor's game that i always wanted him to develop and he never did.

also, there have been so many times this season where Biz sealed his man or broke on a p&r and whoever had the ball chose not to feed him - now, I don't know if its because they doubt his hands from playing with him in practice, but improved pg play and development of a p&r game will add a lot to BB's opps.

Oh yeah which reminds me, the game against the Knicks Biz had Shumpert on his back underneath the basket WIDE OPEN and our guards couln't get him the rock.

biz hit 2 or 3 shots that were waved off because of someone else's mistake, I remember he hit a short jumper that was an illegal pick or 3 seconds on someone if I recall correctly and he got fouled and didn't get continuation on a hookish shot on the other.

This reason that guys like Chandler and Dalembert didn't develop better offensive skills is not because they weren't born with something, they just never worked on it enough. Olajuwon was just as raw as anybody coming out of college and he developed into the most skilled big of all time. Biz can do it too if he has the work ethic. His "ceiling" is as high as he is willing to put it.

He ain't Dwight Howard, but Ben Wallace is definitely in the cards.

Don't see how you can write him off? Bismack has already shown the potential to be as dominating as dwight defensively, and Dwight isn't no spring chicken on the offensive end, remember it took him like 4 years to develop that running hook he uses

You are such a homer Stun, it's ridiculous.
