He is the type of PG we need imo....Jameer nelson is what he is but he isn't a push the pace PG....Rafer is....With Rafer coming off the bench it gives opponents a different look with a bench that runs....Duhon is just like Jameer...Slow bringing the ball up...no sense of urgency....I was upset when he was traded and so was Rafer i believe...he wanted to stay...hopefully we haven't burned that bridge

Rafer hasn't played NBA ball in a while... I hope you're not serious. I do miss Rafer though. He nearly averaged 2 steals a night for us.

^ I agree with most of what you said... but if you are going to bet on a healthy Bynum, you might as well be prepared for disappointment.

Also, Martin is a ball stopper who doesn't pass very well (career 2 apg). He is not my ideal 2 guard.

I'm gonna wait and see on the Bynum thing. He lost weight this summer and finally got into pretty good shape. That can do wonders for knee issues. Not saying he IS going to be healthy, but that should certainly help things. Haven't seen any signs yet this year so far of him having any issues...if he does have issues, you can always decline his team option, freeing up a lot of cap space.

I do think any trade we make should also help set us up to be players in 2013 FA summer in terms of capspace (possible FAs include Monta, JSmoov, CP3, Iggy...) I think this trade def does so in that respect.

forget the fa's. CP3 isn't leaving his situation in LA, Monta isn't going to LEAD a team to a championship, neither is JSmoove or Iggy. All the "stars" are essentially locked up. Our best bet is to suck and draft the next star (drummonds next draft).

Ok, here is my crazy offer and it works in terms of salaries.

D12 wants to go to Boston, because they have a winning attitude, something we dont.

Orlando sends:
- D12
- Jameer (D12's girlfriend)
- Duhon (bad contract)
- Quentin (bad contract)
- Glen Davis (D12's boyfriend)

Boston sends:
- Garnett (expiring)
- Rondo
- Jermaine (expiring)
- Avery Bradley

Now we have a new backcourt with Rondo/Avery and JJ, Ryan, Jrich's stats will get better with a real PG.

Magic lineup:
KG/Jermaine/Orton
Ryan/KG
Hedo/Clark
Jrich/JJ
Rondo/Avery

Boston:
D12/Stiesma
Glen/Bass
PP/Q

If KG leaves next offseason i dont care, we would have 38 committed for next season having to re-sign Ryan, KG and Jermaine.
