It's funny how Dwight was suppose to be "different" according to some fans and media types but in the end he showed (rightly or wrongly) he is out for himself and what's best for him. I suspect Kevin Durant will now be lauded, praised and propped up by fans around the league and media types for being a superstar who is not about the glitz and glamour and willing to stay in his small market and who only cares about winning. Time will tell if he will follow the same path as Lebron, Bosh, Carmelo, Deron Williams, CP3 and now apparently Dwight.

Agree with this 100%.

What about Dirk and Duncan?

They are obviously the exceptions - wish Howard had that mentality but he doesn't!

I can see it now. SVG and Dwight on the Lakers. They are pushing themselves out the door together for a future reunion.

Horrible game.

Horrible game.

Horrible game.

I have to agree with much of what richboy said a couple posts earlier.

This team is getting killed by it's lousy back court as much as any other reason.
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

This team issue is we can't score. Ryan Anderson scoreless against Boston. With the way Jameer, Jrich, BigBaby, etc are playing we have no offense. Last night Ryan Anderson goes scoreless in the second half. Again with the struggles of others we don't have anybody who can put the ball in the basket. Today no Ryan Anderson. Again nobody can score to make up the difference. Jameer and Jrich are close to worthless.

I knew this was going to happen during the year. As soon as we had 1 tough stretch of games it was everyone has quit because of the Dwight situation. I don't buy that though because this team still plays very good defense. So apparently they have quit just playing offense. No they just don't have any decent offensive player.

Look at the stats for this year. Dwight Howard and Ryan Anderson have a ridiculous PER. JJ Redick and Hedo are a little above the average NBA player. The rest of the team is around 10. If your around 10 your not even playing NBA level basketball. We have to get more production from Jameer, Jrich, Big Baby. If not this team has no shot and will keep breaking records for horrible offensive nights.

Dude, that is the most optimistic post I've seen from you ever.

Agreed, btw.
