Yeah I know. Don't mind me as I'm pretty bitter and pissed right now. It is one thing if Dwight wants to leave. That is fine, he is most certainly in his right to do so. However you do not constantly throw your team under the bus time and time again and not expect them to be affected mentally. Changes have to be made ASAP and I think we would be better off just severing our ties with Dwight and moving forward from here.

It's funny to me because i've never thought i could see Stan make that kind of face....Says it all to me....This team is currently on a spiral and something might happen....Stan may be the scapegoat....If he is it would be quite a shame but it would just be the nature of the business...
