AVB saying that the de Bruyne move has nothing to do with him, but is about "club policy". Weird.

Fenerbahce signed Moussa Sow until the end of 2016 . Also the club is linked with Krasic.

Can anyone provide me a brief scouting report on Sow?

"After thinking about it, I'm leaning towards England," he told Canal+. “It's a style of play that suits me and it's there that you can learn the most."

"I want to play for a big club, but also one where I will play every week. I've played more than 100 games in Ligue 1 so I would prefer to go abroad. I want to discover something new and playing abroad is a conscious decision."

Canal+ pundit and former France international Christophe Dugarry replied: "I bet it's Chelsea."
But Hazard kept his cards close to his chest saying only: "Well, you're free to place your bets."

Big club? Check
Guaranteed place in the starting XI? Check
Huge salary? Check
Belgian teammates? Check

Just gotta get that CL spot now.

I saw that interview too. Claims he hasn't made a decision yet, but mentioned both Manchester sides, Chelsea, and Arsenal as possibilities. Only really left out Liverpool from the big clubs.

I really wish it would be Arsenal, but I can't see it happening. Wages too big, plus with Gervinho and Walcott, and Chamberlain and Miyaichi coming up behind them, I can't see Arsenal being willing to pay the fee required.

My money is on United or Chelsea.

Bayern released a statement on their website saying they were about to announce a "bomb" signing of world class that would complement Mario Gomez perfectly within the hour. It turned out to be some ridiculous marketing thing. If there was nothing in the German media, it was probably because they knew what was up already. The internetz were going crazy speculating whether it was Tevez, Drogba, or Berbatov for a while. So much so that their website briefly crashed.

Terms are agreed with Genk and De Bruyne is in London to complete his medical. He's going to be loaned back to Genk for the remainder of the season.

Wigan's Hugo Rodallega is apparently linked with half of the Premier League. Whoever signs him will get a good player, but at what price?

Vedran Corluka on loan to Leverkusen until the end of the season.

Padoin is about to join Juventus. Juve already stacked in midfielder, wing, & defender ( Padoin can play all that), is this necessary >?

Juve talks about Radja seems broken because Cagliari wanted Parolo as Radja replacement, but Cesena also need proper replacement for Parolo, Juve intended to buy Pajtim Kasami or Padoin for Cesena. Very complicated.

I like Radja Nainggolan, more skilled version of the prime Emerson.

Tony Barrett, of The Times, says on Twitter: "Louis Saha to Spurs is a done deal. Strange move. He's been very poor this season."

Surely, Everton could have done well to keep hold of all their strikers looking as how they can't score to save their lives?

A West Ham source told ESPNsoccernet: "Maynard and Vaz Te are at the club now, and the Morrison deal is going through, but expect West Ham to try to sell two or even three players, it's hectic down there right now."

LIVE Int'l Transfer Deadline Day: Who's going where?
Your one-stop shop for US, Canadian and MLS transfer news

10:16 a.m. — The agent for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Michael Ballack told German paper Speigel that his client had turned down a Montreal Impact move and would not be moving during this transfer window. Said Michael Becker of summer, "After his contract with Leverkusen expires, he could go to China, Arabia or the United States." (GS)

9:53 a.m. — In case you're wondering, there are no serious deadline day bidders for Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Ricardo Clark. Moments ago, one of the US international's reps hinted to German radio outlet Hessischer Rundfunk (now you know why they call it "H.R.") that they could now look for options in leagues where the transfer windows will remain open. Theoretically, this could include MLS, but Clark does come with a transfer fee. (GS)

9:36 a.m. ET — The afternoon Express is claiming that Tottenham will make another run at Blackburn's potential (probable?) Canada international David Hoilett. Thus far, however, Rovers have beat back all comers and the young forward's agent says he's staying put. As always, have your grains of salt ready when reading the UK tabloids. (GS)

9:01 a.m. ET — When everyone went to bed last night, a source told MLSsoccer.com there were eight clubs bidding to land Stabæk playmaker Mikkel Diskerud. Both Belgian champs Gent and Lillestrøm have made it publicly known they are in negotiations for the player. There are three other Tippeligaen clubs in the race, including 2011 runners-up Tromsø. The man they call "Mix" also has three mystery suitors on the continent, one of whom MLSsoccer.com can confirm plays in the Eredivisie. The 21-year-old Olympic hopeful has previously had contact with clubs in Denmark, Russia and Sweden. One additional thing to note: Belgium and the Netherlands are the only countries listed above with transfer windows that close today. The others will remain open for several weeks. (GS)

8:51 a.m. ET — As things stand now, it appears Charlie Davies will finish the season with Sochaux.
