That's awesome.
Mavs were dumb, they gave us two starters.

Re: Tank vs. Stank
what an embarrassing loss against the lakers. I wish this team would at least try to play hard. It looks like these guys want so suck on purpose. Those aren't lolcats anymore, we should call them trollcats

Re: Tank vs. Stank
^agreed. It's one thing to be okay with losing. It's another thing entirely when there is no defensive rotation when guys like Troy Murphy and Steve Novak are raining threes on our heads.
I really think it is time for Paul Silas to go. Encourage the poor gentleman to retire before he has a stroke. He looks like he's at his wit's end, and it's carrying over to the players. Silas is a win now coach - and no one is going to win with this roster. He is an ego stroker not an xo guy or youth developer. We know we are going to lose - so let it be known we are shifting to an emphasis on hard work and defense. I know with injuries his player choices are limited, but he consistently opts for offensive rotations over energy, effort and defense. That would mean, for instance, playing Bis ahead of DJW. I'm not arguing about who's a better player, I'm talking about emphasizing certain skill sets. I don't think Silas can accept this.

Re: Tank vs. Stank
Paul Silas isnt going anywhere till after this season. They could revive John Wooden and get him to coach this team and he wouldnt win any games. This team was horrible before Maggette, and then Augustin went down, but now they're historically bad. Yes his rotations could be better, and he could give Biyombo 10 or so more minutes a game, but Jordan isnt going to bring in a new coach unless he knew it would bring more wins, which in this case it wont since we have such a poor collection of talent that its rather pathetic.

Re: Tank vs. Stank
Why should we fire the head coach during a tanking season? Just a waste of money and it would be too early for our young guys to already experience a coach swap. Hypothetically, if we're losing Silas is doing a damn good job.

Re: Tank vs. Stank
Silas is the last guy whose fault this is. What is he supposed to do? Who is our all-star?
Just be thankful this is not a full 82 game schedule and we get to enjoy the top chance to win the #1 pick on a partial season.

Yeah i cant really blame Silas for our suckage, he literally is coaching one of the worst rosters in NBA history. I can honestly say that I am surprised we have won 3 games period this year with the way we have played of late.

Re: Tank vs. Stank
Completely agree with penquin. Silas has done what he can with the talent he got. In a shortened season so far, he has gotten 3 wins out of this team and we still have 2 and a half months left of basketball with plenty of games in that time period to play.
