Hard to support ERIC after this one, I'm sorry we just have too much talent to lose to the BUCKS WITHOUT STEPHEN JACKSON and after being up by 17

Robotic rotations cost us again. Sitting the hot hand is getting frustrating now. I accepted it last season since our bench sucked, but not now. We should have rode Bron until he got tired in the first. Then we should have put Cole in when it was obvious Mario was gonna keep giving Jennings the open look from 3. Oh well, I can only hope it doesn't bite us in the playoffs. PEACE.

Im sorry but time and time again its been the SAME thing for the last few years. When the going gets rough Spo gets tight and refuses to sub or adjust. Im tired of the same lineup and if its overtime the same tired legs expected to play through it. Sometimes mixing it up with some fresh legs can infuse the energy we need. If players are ignoring plays thats Spo's fault. He can call a different lineup.

This attitude of we will turn it up in the playoffs wont work. I dont want Drose getting 30 in a playoff game or a regular season game. We need to show that we can get it done consistently regardless of the magnitude of the game. Thats what champions do. Our team is lazy, takes plays off, and we play confused in the fourth quarter too often for it to be ignored.

I hate to see so many DNP's on a night when we had no answers???? We looked for no answers.

This is a great statement, but what do we have to compare him to besides Miami? - he was basically handed the keys and playbook to a team primed for success. Can't knock what he has done, just would be curios to see what he would have done with a team like Philly, Bobcats, etc.

Pat Rileys last year was a 15 win season, the only major change was the coaching voice, the rules are basically the same.

But credit to ERIC(K) anyway - he wins it all this year or bust, simple as that for me.

P.S. I am not even sure any of the HEATS coaching staff would get a similar job on another roster. Our coach/staff teaches more "HEAT SKILLS' than "basketball skills"-

Championship or Bust for me this year - too much talent - don't mind losing games(getting beat) just mind being arrogant and beating ourselves.
