did they actually not pay you or do you feel that your compensation is not equal to the work you are putting in to get it?

YES and YES, especially the former. I should be getting it every 15 days but almost mid Feb and I don't have my salary for the last half month of January!

as for the second question, what sucks is that the contract I signed for my promotion included an increase in pay. good? no. couple of months later, the salary scale was adjusted and newly hired employees at my level will be getting a higher pay but it started at the beginning of the year and I signed last October. I don't even have an overtime pay.

****. I just think about the things I'm learning here and not the money but damn that **** is not practical these days.
