That's key to me.
The kid is SO driven to improve and has a load of passion. You see it every time he misses a blocked shot or his man scores on him or he misses a baby hook. He'll usually clap his hands hard running back down the court frustrated with himself. I like that drive.
It's things like that, and the fact he is more fluid and is willing to play above the rim, that makes me positive he will have a better career in the NBA than Okafor does.
We really do need a legit big man coach to work with him full time though. Like you I think the Dream would be amazing but wont happen.
I wonder what Sheed would be as a teacher? I mean, apart from being a head case he was a highly skilled post big man on both ends - right? Plus being an ex-Heel I wonder if he would have interest in sliding into a role like that?
