just shows the committee has never watched him in-depth. No way do you watch make all those sideline catches, TDs, and his 100% run blocking effort and say he's not a HOFer. Selection committee is comprised of fat/lazy/elderly journalists over-analyzing stats. They should be forced to hold a press conference to explain their terrible rationale so people can laugh at them and throw pies.

Even with that, Carter should be getting in. Carter was 2nd all-time in every category when he retired. And like you said, how does the guy with the best hands in NFL history not get into HOF? I was shocked when Randle got in ahead of Carter, and Doleman is in ahead of him too? Unbelievable.
