First half:

Davis - 6 pts, 3 of 5 FG, 2 reb, 2 stl, 2 blk

- had two dunks from lobs (assisted from teague and MKG)
- roll to the basket really fast after a quick p&r with teague, catches the ball and went str8 to the lane and slammed it home
- still raw in the post, posted up the first time but too passive and ended up passing it back out
- two other attempts when posting on the block, did hook shots, but missed them!
- defensively was decent against Young, did a solid job putting hands up, had his two blocks off from weakside (blocked a shooter, blocked a guy that was coming into the lane)
- one midget tried to drive rite at Davis but fumble alittle bit, Davis reacted quick and stole the ball away from him

MKG - 10 pts, 3 of 5, 4 of 4 FT, 9 (3 off) reb

- the most impressive guy on the court
- crash the board relentlessly, manhandle the rebounds against all other guys
- scored most of his points on transition - coast to coast layups
- one play that blew us all away was when he grabbed the rebound, he took off a la Iggy-style, coast to coast and lays it in.
- defensively, solid job on the p&r D, guarding Beal most of the time, never takes his eye off his man,

Beal - 8 pts, 3 of 7 FG, 0 of 2 3pt, 2 of 2 FT, 5 (2 off) reb, 2 ast

- the only guy that shines on his team
- attack at will couple times (crossover etc), took it to the hole right at Davis, drew contact thus gets FTs
- mostly attacking to the basket
- his shots were off (0 of 2 3pt)
- grabbed quite a lot of rebounds because his length and good positioning, stay near the basket at the right time to get those boards
- defensively, he was pretty solid, showcast solid footwork

Wow, MKG is really dominating the glass. Good to see Bradley Beal shooting the ball well considering he's going up against an elite defender in MKG. Watching game now. :D

kinda fading in 2nd half for Beal, driving in the lane but gets blocked by davis, taking the shot but altered by Davis (da hell why davis guarded him that sequence)...Beal must really hate Davis LOL

MKG has got to go to the same place Kawhi Leanord did to fix that hitch.

Patrick Young with a Reggie Evans like offensive game.

Miller is pretty underrated offensively, a defensive-minded wing that has decent scoring skill, raps should get him with their 2nd round pick!

Beal flickers. He's pretty ghostly sometimes, actually most of the time that I've seen him, but he knows how to track boards.

Nice lay-in by Beal. Not his best game, but he still looks like an intriguing prospect.

Hate watching this Florida team. They take so many three's, it makes my eyes burn.

LOL at the block by Patrick Young - you moron. Just grab the ball, instead of spiking a ball that is six feet of the ground and won't even reach the basket.

Guy has less then a block a game which is bad indicator.

Now that I think about it MKG could make DeMar a lot better. DeMar loves to feed off the energy of his teammates and MKG is like a nuclear power plant.

Walker and Boynton are usually prone to go on a stretch where they hit like 3 WTF three's over five minutes to always keep them around.

I agree with him being underrated...but I think I like Lamb with a second rounder. Him and/or Craft if BC can swing it. But for a PG, I can't lie I LOVE Wroten. So much potential there, it's shocking.

That was hilarious. Going for a reaction he didn't even get. He looks like a stupid Kevin Willis.

The at Vanderbilt game should be a good one. Vandy is a tough place to play, and they have underachieved -- but they have good secondary draft talent in Jenkins, Taylor and Ezeli.

MKG is pretty dynamic, still is a risk though cause everything in his game is relied on his athleticism. & nothing is wrong with that as long as we get some scoring via another first rounder (Austin Rivers, Wroten type) if we don't its all Harrison Barnes.

I know it's fun to dream but the 'extra first round pick' discussion happens every year but never materializes.

If Doron Lamb didn't go to Kentucky, he wouldn't be a first round pick IMO. And it has nothing to do with him developing well at Kentucky.
