Can any Raps fans go to Stephen Jackson's party tonight?

Post#1 » by paulpressey25 » Wed Feb 8, 2012 5:11 am

Guys, Bucks fan here.

We need your help. Our team is melting down. The big soap opera at the moment relates to Stephen Jackson, who supposedly is hosting a club party in downtown Toronto tonight when the Bucks plane lands in an hour or so. Forget the fact he played tonight and has to play you guys tomorrow night.

Read our thread or board for background. Any commentary you guys would have is appreciated. And if any of you are at this club, any observations would provide some good board fodder for us. 8-)

thx

It was only a matter of time before Stephen Jackson derailed that team's chances of making the playoffs.

So what are you asking here? Do you want someone to slip something in his drink?

Nah, just if someone goes to that club to take a few photos or comments back if they see those guys.

Tonight Brandon Jennings purposely tanked the game. He was going to Jackson's party tonight and said so on twitter last night. But some speculate the organization got wind of all the stuff being said on our board about this party in T-dot and told him he couldn't go. So he melted down tonight and only took four shots.

lol yeah I know I was just assuming you guys aren't very pleased with Stephen Jackson this year and thought about making a joke about taking him out with a drug so he won't be able to play.

WTF was that draw-up at the end? 5 secs and you guys were playing hot potato with Cap'n Jack running into a double-team.

The play wasn't designed for Jackson. Supposedly Dunleavy was supposed to get the shot, but he couldn't break free. Ersan Ilysova needed to launch that shot when he had the ball. You can't pass to another guy with two seconds left on the clock.

In any event, our organization is in tatters even though a 10-14 record doesn't seem downright horrible. Everyone is fighting with each other and Bogut out for the season. So we are living vicariously though the life of Capt. Jack.

So that was what Zach Lowe of Sports Illustrated was hinting at in his Twitter feed about some strange things he was hearing from Milwaukee tonight.

Weirdness.

I live like 5-10 mins away from Liberty Village If I wasn't watching this Thunder vs. GS game
I might consider checking it out but usually these NBA parties are nothing special. Im surprised
Captain Jack would throw at that club I guess he wants it semi private.

Knowing Toronto, if the party is public, there will be photos. Hedo guarantees it.

But we're tanking, he can do what he wants on his own time int his loss of a season.

Not with Casey as coach. Not at all.
