Potential is there though. He has not seen mins consistently since he was traded here. He needs more playing time to gel and get comfortable.

how do you keep giving him minutes when he continues to suck and hurt the team? you cant just play him even if hes bad

When Earl is in hustle/energy mode... he's tremendous... he gets out and runs in transition, and hustles on D... but when Earl is in his non-confident mode, he's GARBAGE

He needs to get consistent and he needs to get his confidence going... at this moment we don't know what Earl we're going to get... the "heart n hustle" Earl or the "Morose" Earl.
