A ton of Memphis fans have been talking smack. As far as they are concerned, the Pacers suck and our team is no competition for the Grizzlies. I hope we crush them.

Memphis fans have reason to be optimistic, but tonight I hope the Pacers crush them. Otherwise, I generally root for them because of Conley and Randolph.

Pretty good first half. Hibbert was contained. West has been the MVP so far. George has gone cold since the start of the season, although he has a bunch of boards. The shooting has been bad. The scoring inside and getting to the line has been much better.

Quiet in here tonight. Nice little run we have been on since Rudy Gay went to the bench. Silly foul by Danny though to earn his 4th.

We are kind of a troll team, especially with Hansbrough.

Missed Free throws were killer. Hibbert needs to stop trying to go over the top against defenders with similar size. Hansbrough needs to pass the ball as well.

Smart Grizzlies. Setting high screens with Gasol with Hibbert defending him.
It is just too easy.

I think there's only one thing that separates us from this team this game. Home court advantage.

Pacers have 7 games left across 12 days before the all-star break, a very frantic and tough schedule to say the least, but it does get easier.

Why easier? The Pacers first 7 games after the All-Star break come across 20 days. Great chance to rest and recover.

And this is why I wanted the Pacers to win...

Me: That was just bad luck. Pacers bumped into each other and dropped the rebound out of bounds.

Good game. Don't see the Pacers fouling you down four with 30 seconds and being able to get back in it. Definitely possible but I'm assuming the Grizzlies will knock down their free throws.

Me: Well... Granger made a 3 to make it a 3 point game. Need the Grizzlies to miss one of their free throws

And Mayo hits both free throws to push it back to 5.

Me: That was pointless. Fouled down 5 points with 5 seconds to play.

Game over, good game.

Griz fan: Pacers were lucky to have the officials on their side. Regardless of the bogus officiating, another solid Grizzlies win!

Me: Wow... complaining after a win? The Grizzlies were in the bonus with a little over 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter when the game was tied. Pacers weren't in the bonus until 4 minutes left. Kind of hard to complain about the refs when the Grizzlies had the advantage down the stretch from foul calls in their favor.

Griz fan: That's because we are a better team than the Pacers. Refs were horrible all game.

Me: Wow. Mind = blown

There were more fouls called against the Pacers and they both shot the same amount of free throws. Whatever makes you feel better I guess. A normal person would say good game, especially after a win. Instead you complain about imaginary stuff and act cocky. Congrats...

He was one of the Griz fans saying it was going to be an easy win and they would win by double digits. A lot of them were talking crap about the Pacers and how the Grizzlies are better prior to the game. They barely win at home and now they believe they can talk all the crap they want. smh

They're allowed to talk crap. Let's see how it is when they come to Conseco.

I guess... in the sense that you look kind of stupid saying you're better prior to game and that it will be an easy win. I'm pretty sure when you're .500, you shouldn't believe any win will be easy considering you're a loss away from having a losing record. Most fans of .500 teams don't talk crap but that's not the case with Memphis fans I talk to. Being in Tennessee, I associate with a lot of them and almost all of them run their mouth about both the Grizzlies and the Tigers being better than every opponent they face. It gets old.

Also, that was the only time they play this season so they won't be making a return trip to Indiana.

Eh, it's fine. We are clearly on the up and up...they however are not. WE will also be in the playoffs making noise...they will be sitting on the couch watching us play.

lol

I think they'll probably make the playoffs, they get Randolph back soon I believe.

Just think it's a douche move talking crap when I'm respectful leading up to the game saying it should be a good game(they say it won't be close) and talking about the game at hand without complaining(they complain about every call) or being insulting during the game(they bash the pacers). I even say good game and congratulate them and they still talk crap(they say the pacers shouldn't have been in the game). The cockiness of some of them is astonishing. You'd think they are the Lakers with the way some of them act.

It was good to see Foster back, our second unit looks much better with his size and experience.

Another baffling stretch of offensive futility leads to a loss.

I don't know if Lance can grow into the sort of point guard that we need but it is becoming clear to me that at the moment we do not have one.

The offensive dry spells we had at the beginning of the season are back and I think it's because of the absence of Hill.
