You have no context. Paul and Lebron are completely different types of players. Good 3 point shooters tend to have high TS%'s, aslong with big men.
Josh Smith doesn't have a good TS% for any position or roll on the court. He simply very unefficient in terms of NBA standards (especially when considering he is a full time starter).
Out of players who average 30+ MPG, Josh Smith ranks 77th out of 88 in TS%. 6 of the players ranked lower than him are guards (who have lower TS% generally than guards) and the only other PF/C's that are more inefficient than Smith is Antwan Jamison and Andrew Bogut.
No matter how you spin it, Josh Smith is extremely inefficient.
